Key Appointments in Leadership Team



With an eye towards scaling operations, Qblox has welcomed several vital players into its executive team. Notably, Philip van der Wilt now serves as Chief Revenue Officer, joining the company on October 1, 2025. Based in Delft, Philip is tasked with spearheading global revenue strategies and fostering strategic partnerships. His extensive experience spans more than a decade, during which he has held prominent roles in leading firms across the tech sector, such as Samsara, ServiceNow, and Dell Technologies.

Prior to Qblox, Roger held senior engineering positions, including Vice President of Engineering for Automotive Radar at Indie Semiconductor.

Evelyn Doyle has joined Qblox as Chief Human Resources Officer on February 1, 2026. Previously, Evelyn led People and Culture initiatives for Patagonia in several regions worldwide, and her expertise spans across multiple sectors including commercial and nonprofit enterprises.
