This hands-on experience illustrated the social responsibility that comes with reporting news.

Minato Bank's Original Game: "Dream Planner"

In another booth, kids expanded their understanding of banks beyond being just a place to store money through a game that illustrated how banks can support local dreams via asset management. Many were surprised to learn about the extensive services banks offer, saying, "I had no idea banks did that!"

Miraii's Original Game: "Job Diagnosis"

Children answered simple questions like whether they enjoyed making things or being fashionable to discover suitable job types for them. Their reactions ranged from excitement to self-discovery, with many declaring, "So, I'm this type?" or, "Wow, I could do that too!"

Idea Generation for Local Challenges

At the event entrance, attendees contributed creative solutions to challenges faced by various companies, ranging from tools to cultivate a love for trees to innovative recycling initiatives aimed at beautifying the community. The imaginative suggestions showcased the children's innate playful spirit.

The festival's games and the introduction of local businesses will be made publicly available online until November 30, 2026. This includes diverse games and diagnostic content that help both attendees and those who couldn’t participate learn about job opportunities in Hyogo. Observing children immersed in games and discussing their future aspirations with their parents made me realize the strong link between children’s potential and a brighter local future. Our upcoming Osaka event will feature numerous games and booths designed for younger children as well. We hope to expand this initiative nationwide and look forward to welcoming plenty of families!
