On August 6, 2026, SEGA Toys will launch the captivating "Kuru Kuru PON! Anpanman Puni Puni Donut Shop" as part of its popular Anpanman play series. Priced at 6,820 yen (tax included), this delightful toy will be available across toy specialty stores, department stores, large retail chains, and online shops throughout Japan.

Engage in Fun Pretend Play

The "Kuru Kuru PON! Anpanman Puni Puni Donut Shop" offers kids an opportunity to step into the shoes of a donut shop employee alongside their favorite character, Anpanman. The centerpiece of the playset features a fantastic donut machine where little ones can insert toy donuts and pull a lever. The machine whizzes around as lights flash orange, accompanied by sizzling sound effects that replicate the delightful experience of frying donuts. After the donuts are cooked, pressing the central button causes them to launch out of the machine with a fun "PON!" sound, making the experience even more exciting with Anpanman and Baikinman’s cheerful dialogue resonating throughout the playtime.

The donuts are made from soft materials, making them easy for younger children to grasp with tongs, ensuring that they have a safe and enjoyable experience as they embark on their first pretend play adventure. Kids can arrange their finished donuts on the display shelf, pack them in take-out boxes, and engage in checkout play, allowing them to enjoy every aspect of running a donut shop.

The playset includes a total of six donuts: one each of Anpanman and Baikinman character donuts, plus two plain donuts, and one each of strawberry and chocolate donuts.
