After LumiraDx was acquired by Roche Diagnostics in 2024, he facilitated the complete integration of its commercial operations.

Prior to immersing in the diagnostics sector, Richard Noel nurtured young minds by teaching honors physics, chemistry, and cognitive neuroscience. He boasts a Master's degree in Business and Biotechnology from the University of Utah, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC San Diego.
