With the rapid growth of its healthcare programs, Universal Technical Institute has entered Phase II of its North Star strategy, which includes the establishment of several new campuses annually from 2026 to 2029, as well as the rollout of approximately 20 new programs each year. The new Concorde-Phoenix facility is slated to open in 2027 and will be located at 8990 W. Glendale Ave. in Glendale, Arizona. The state-of-the-art facility will cover around 53,000 square feet and is designed to accommodate over 620 students aspiring to careers in a variety of healthcare fields, including nursing, dental assisting, medical assisting, physical therapy assisting, pharmacy technology, surgical technology, and radiologic technology.
