July 4 to August 3, 2025. This event is a must-visit for all sea urchin enthusiasts, offering a sublime culinary experience centered around the freshest sea urchins.
Freshness from Sanriku
Guests can look forward to an extensive showcase of carefully selected
fresh sea urchin from the Sanriku region. At the venue, you'll have the unique opportunity to compare various rare sea urchins while indulging in delicious grilled seafood items such as scallops and shrimp. Moreover, premium meat skewers directly sourced from Meat Pro Suzuki in Gotemba, Shizuoka, will also be available to savor. And for the little ones, special child-friendly menus will ensure that everyone enjoys this sea food festival.
The grilled sea urchin, prepared over charcoal, offers a truly exquisite taste and is one of the highlights of the event.
Variety of Donburi Delights
The event will also feature a range of
donburi (rice bowl) dishes, with sea urchin as the star ingredient. Patrons can indulge in variations such as:

- - Sea Urchin Negitoro Donburi
And the signature
Unibugyo Don, which combines all the seafood delights in one bowl.
