Sivers Semiconductors Delays Annual Report Release Amid Nasdaq Dual Listing Considerations

Sivers Semiconductors Delays Annual Report 2025 Publication

Sivers Semiconductors AB, publicly traded under the symbol STO: SIVE, has recently announced a delay in the release of its Annual Report for the year 2025. Originally slated for publication on April 27, 2026, the report has now been pushed back to May 15, 2026. This decision comes in light of ongoing requirements associated with an audit uplift necessary for compliance with the standards set by the U.S. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

The ongoing audit, which assesses the Company’s consolidated financial statements for the years 2024 and 2025, aims to align Sivers’ reporting practices with those mandated for companies listed in the United States, specifically in connection with a potential dual listing on the Nasdaq New York. The delay was deemed essential as the Board of Directors found that completing the report within the initially communicated time frame would not be feasible given the complexities involved in fulfilling PCAOB requirements.

In conjunction with the postponement of the Annual Report, Sivers has informed Nasdaq Stockholm about this change. As a direct consequence of the delay, the previously scheduled Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally planned for May 27, 2026, is now rescheduled to June 15, 2026. A formal notice convening the AGM will be issued in due course to keep shareholders informed about these developments.

Furthermore, Sivers Semiconductors plans to release its Interim Report for the first quarter of 2026 on May 20, 2026. This update aligns with the revised financial calendar published on the Company’s official website and reflects its commitment to transparency and adherence to regulatory standards.
