This significant event featured the launch of a collaborative initiative led by SmallRig, a prominent company in imaging solutions, along with FamilyLens. Their mission? To empower families around the world to embrace their storytelling capabilities through film.
In the spirit of creativity and inclusivity, the initiative was unveiled as the Family Filmmaking Co-Creation Initiative. This program includes a specialized family filmmaking kit designed to simplify the process of capturing life’s precious moments. Additionally, the initiative caters to broader social impact through a special screening program focusing on family-centric stories that resonate universally.
Co-Creation Initiatives to Inspire Families
The Co-Creation Initiatives comprise a series of global initiatives aimed at filmmakers and image creators at all levels, encouraging their involvement in family filmmaking. SmallRig is committed to expanding mobile filmmaking while fostering the notion that everyone can be a creator. At the launch event, Zhou Yang, the Founder and CEO of SmallRig, articulated the motivation behind these projects.
