On April 19, 2025, Reishunkan Pharmaceutical held its inaugural grand thank-you event, the "Domohorn Wrinkle Fan Festival 2025 - A Future of Gratitude and Co-Creation" at its headquarters, Seihunkan Hilltop in Kumamoto. On the day of the festival, 832 attendees from all over Japan, including regions from Hokkaido to Kagoshima, and 44 guests primarily from Taiwan, gathered to celebrate the brand's journey over the past 50 years.

The Fan Festival aimed to change that by inviting fans to immerse themselves in the brand's world through various sensory experiences. The festival was brimming with engaging activities, particularly popular among attendees, including skin diagnosis, a Hilltop cart tour, and workshops covering topics like tea diagnosis, facial yoga lessons, and special seminars. The three main facilities within the headquarters were open for exploration: the "Tsumugi Shokan" (a shopping center), the "YakuSai Koen" (the plant responsible for production and shipping), and the "Kangeikan" (a gallery showcasing Reishunkan's history and philosophy).
