Founded in 2004, MonoSUS has grown into a dynamic organization with a workforce of around 200 employees across its affiliate companies. In response to evolving market conditions and organizational growth, the company has decided to adopt a new management framework aimed at optimizing decision-making and strengthening its operational foundation.
Purpose of the New Management Structure
The primary goal of this restructuring is to delineate the roles of management and execution clearly. By delegating appropriate authority and enhancing information transparency, MonoSUS seeks to enable quicker decision-making processes. Additionally, the new framework is geared towards long-term strategic planning, focusing on creating a vision for the next three, five, and even ten years.

After joining MonoSUS in 2012, he played a crucial role in projects aimed at disaster recovery. He co-founded the Food Hub Project in 2016 and took on the CEO role in 2024.
Tomoko Nagai, Vice President: A pioneer in establishing communication systems before the internet era, Tomoko has been instrumental in MonoSUS's success since its inception in 2004, leading numerous web projects.
