On December 3, 2025, the Midwest Design Awards Gala illuminated the thriving design industry at the McNamara Alumni Center in Bloomington, Minnesota. Organized by Greenspring Media, publisher of Midwest Design magazine, the event recognized exceptional achievements in home and commercial design, creating a memorable evening for all attendees.

The gala, now in its fifth year, celebrated innovation and creativity, awarding a remarkable 217 honors across 72 categories to 90 different companies. This milestone was made even more impactful, as it marked the highest number of project entries in the awards' history, with a total of 996 submissions.

Among the standout companies, Hendel Homes, Kyle Hunt Partners, PKA Architecture, Swanson Homes, and Vujovich Design Build stole the spotlight with multiple accolades. Notably, Cushing Terrell and PKA Architecture led the pack with the highest number of first-place awards, each securing five. Among the many esteemed entries, the coveted Best in Show award was granted to Redstone Interiors in collaboration with Werschay Homes for their stunning Stone Manor project. The 14 judges hailed from national media outlets and respected academic institutions, contributing their vast knowledge to ensure a fair and exemplary judging process.
