2. Record and Share: Create a vertical video that lasts between 30 to 120 seconds, sharing your story while demonstrating your first step. Post it on Instagram or TikTok publicly, using the hashtag #CourageCharge, and tag @tessan_official.
3. Submit Your Entry: To officially enter, visit the CourageCharge Challenge page and submit the link to your video. Merely posting on social media isn't sufficient for your entry to count; submission through the official page is necessary.
