Meizu's Dazzling Presentation at the Geely Global Intelligent Mobility Expo

On April 25, 2025, Meizu participated in the highly anticipated Geely Global Intelligent Mobility Expo, held at the Geely Building Plaza in Hangzhou, China. This prestigious event drew in over 400 guests, marking it as a significant part of Geely's promotional strategy for Auto Shanghai 2025. Meizu showcased its latest products including smartphones, AR smart glasses, and smart cockpit technology, emphasizing the appeal of its integrated AI ecosystem.

The occasion featured a well-attended booth where Meizu’s offerings targeted globally, particularly smartphones and wearable devices tailored for international markets. Among the standout products were the "StarV View" and "StarV Air2" AR smart glasses, which garnered considerable attention from foreign journalists and attendees.

Immersive Technology at the Forefront

The StarV View smart glasses provide users with an immersive AR experience, featuring a virtual screen equivalent to an impressive 188 inches at a viewing distance of six meters. This technology aims to redefine on-the-go entertainment, and during a recent launch in Dubai, local attendees expressed excitement for the product, affirming its high demand with remarks like, "I have to buy this!"

Similarly, the StarV Air2 drew gasps of amazement when guests witnessed its real-time translation ability, displaying Chinese presentations in English directly on the glasses. This feature supports 14 languages for bidirectional translation and has been utilized for over 390,000 hours, facilitating seamless communication during business meetings and travel across more than 30 countries and regions.

Beyond translation, the StarV Air2 boasts various functionalities, including teleprompter capabilities, AR navigation assistance, and music playback. It also incorporates a voice-to-text feature that helps bridge communication gaps for hearing-impaired users by converting speech into text in real-time.
