#ApartmentLayoutElection2025. This iteration, titled
Family-Favorite Layouts, officially commences on
November 16, 2025.
About the Campaign
The
#ApartmentLayoutElection2025 is designed to focus on the crucial aspect of home searching: choosing the right layout. Each week, four different apartment layouts are pitted against each other, allowing followers to vote for their favorite. The third round will feature popular family-oriented layouts such as
2LDK and
3LDK, shedding light on the spaciousness, functionality, and convenience these arrangements offer for family living.
Previous Campaign Results
This campaign follows the success of the second round, which focused on layouts for couples. The results exceeded expectations with the most votes going to the
2LDK layout, which accounted for
63% of the votes. Participants highlighted its spacious design that accommodates both work-from-home setups and leisure activities, making it a favored choice for a cozy living experience. Following closely was the
2DK layout with
22%, noted for its practical division of living and dining areas, appealing to those mindful of budget yet seeking comfort. The breakdown continued with
2K at
8% and
1LDK at
7%, showcasing a clear preference for ample space and efficient living arrangements among participants.
Focus on Family Needs
As living styles diversify, family-oriented layouts like the
2LDK and
3LDK are expected to be significant contenders in the upcoming round. These designs will demonstrate how families can optimize space while accommodating various lifestyle needs. This new competition aims to encourage followers to cast their votes for their preferred layout while offering insights into optimizing shared living spaces based on family structure and routine.
