This September, get ready for an exciting culinary adventure as Itoham offers its Pork Bits Caravan, a pop-up event taking place in six cities across Japan! Organized in collaboration with PIAZZA Inc., the much-loved Pork Bits pop-up event will occur from September 2nd to 4th at Cafe Piazza in Shimbashi, Tokyo. This event promises to be a treat for food lovers, featuring delectable local cuisine along with innovative twists on the classic Pork Bits.

A Taste of Fresh Culinary Delights

During the day, attendees can relive the joy of the previous year's event, as the popular "Pork Bits Overload Bowl" returns, priced at just 500 yen (tax included). Guests will have the chance to pile up as many Pork Bits as they desire over a steaming bowl of rice, complemented by an array of seasonings tailored to individual preferences.

As the sun sets, the evening menu introduces the exclusive "Sushi Bits"—crafted to inspire home dining experiences. This delightful twist on sushi, which is said to have originated in Edo, combines Itoham’s signature pork flavor with popular hand-rolled sushi components. Participants can choose between two delectable flavors: wasabi mayo with soy sauce and consomme tempura bits, all for only 100 yen (tax included)! Plus, don’t miss out on the complimentary first glass of Kirin Lager beer to enhance your dining experience.

The Pork Bits Caravan is a continuation of last year’s successful pop-up event at Cafe Piazza that allowed patrons to explore various toppings, hence this year's motto, "Let’s Enjoy Pork Bits with Local Gourmet!"
