Greenhouse and Exevita Launch Innovative Health Management Platform for Workforce Optimization

Innovative Collaboration for Health Management

In a groundbreaking initiative, Greenhouse Co., Ltd. from Tokyo has joined forces with Exevita Co., Ltd. from Yokohama to create a next-generation health management platform. By merging Greenhouse's extensive expertise in nutrition and meal provision with Exevita’s advanced habit analysis AI model, the collaboration aims to enhance the well-being of the working population.

The new service will leverage cutting-edge AI technology to integrate daily behaviors with dietary habits, thereby facilitating a seamless support system for conditioning that anyone can maintain without excessive effort. The starting point of this project will focus on working-age individuals, particularly in initiatives supporting corporate athletes and health management programs within employee benefits, all in partnership with diverse business areas of Greenhouse.

Understanding the Importance of Personalized Health Management

Effective conditioning management goes beyond merely supplying accurate knowledge; it must align with individual activity data and everyday circumstances. This means offering tailored suggestions at the optimal times. Traditional approaches often fail due to the burdens of data entry and record-keeping, the overwhelming volume of choices, and the significant challenge of providing advanced personalization based on individual situations. In response, Greenhouse and Exevita are committed to transforming knowledge into actionable outcomes by harnessing Exevita's expertise in understanding user value and habit analysis, paired with Greenhouse's culinary and dietary knowledge.

Comments from the Leading Companies

Greenhouse Co., Ltd.

Goro Kashiwagi, Head of GreeneX Plus Promotion Office
Greenhouse has operated as a 'health-contributing enterprise through food' since its inception. We believe that health management in corporations will evolve from standardized guidance to experiences customized for individual needs through AI utilization. To deliver personalized health solutions to more individuals, leveraging data beyond just meals is crucial. However, certain longstanding challenges remain that technology has not yet surmounted. Our collaboration with Exevita aims to address these challenges, allowing us to offer our customers a more natural and less burdensome approach to health management support.

Exevita Co., Ltd.

Hiroshi Tada, President and CEO
Our mission is to enhance the density of life, enabling technology to serve human happiness. Through our collaboration with Greenhouse—pioneers in health promotion through food—we can achieve advanced analyses and translate those findings into behavioral changes. We are confident that this will eliminate the everyday friction of knowing what is beneficial yet struggling to maintain it, thus creating new value. We intend to engage specialists from fields like medicine in evaluating the effectiveness of the models we develop, accelerating our path toward social implementation.

Future Developments

Starting in the first half of 2026, the initiative will select companies and locations for pilot tests, with plans for a service launch in 2027. This co-development program has roots in Kanagawa Prefecture’s Open Innovation Support Program, known as the Business Accelerator Kanagawa (BAK), and emphasizes the importance of collaboration with various enterprises. We welcome partnerships with companies involved in food, daily goods, sports, measurement technologies, and expert guidance, all pertinent to the conditioning realm.

Call for Participation in Demonstration Experiments

We seek companies and organizations willing to participate in our demonstration projects to collaboratively build the next-generation health management model. We invite human resource professionals and executives aiming to improve employee presenteeism and enhance corporate value through health management to reach out to us.

Note: Specific timelines, functionalities, and service names may change based on the progress of joint development.
