1. Plum and Aonori Chicken Tempura Bukkake Udon


This dish takes the classic chicken tempura bukkake udon to a new level by adding high-quality aonori seaweed from Lake Hamana and delicately processed plum. Priced at ¥950 (tax included), it's presented as a light and refreshing meal that perfectly complements the summer season.

2. Chilled Pork Shabu Shabu Bukkake Udon


Enjoy the exquisite pairing of chilled pork shabu shabu with a ponzu sauce made from Kyoto's rich and creamy Shogoin turnip and grated momijioroshi (red leaf radish). This dish features tender pork accompanied by a slightly luxurious ponzu, providing a meal that satisfies your taste buds while staying refreshingly cool this summer. Priced similarly at ¥950 (tax included), it brings a unique twist to traditional udon.

Founded in 2012 by Yamashita, the restaurant originally started near Meguro Station and has since transformed into a beloved udon establishment known for its passionate dedication to crafting authentic Sanuki-style udon.
