Discovering Children's True Nature with First GROW

Institution for a Global Society, Inc., based in Tokyo's Shibuya district, is set to launch First GROW, a groundbreaking service aimed at understanding the innate characteristics of children aged preschool to early elementary school, starting July 2025.

This innovative service will analyze children's temperaments into eight distinct types through a brief survey (lasting about five minutes) that parents and educators can complete using their smartphones. The results will be delivered in report formats suitable for various environments like schools, homes, and extracurricular settings, offering valuable insights on how to understand and nurture each child's unique traits. By fostering a shared understanding among teachers and parents, First GROW aims to promote a collaborative approach to childcare known as
