Suits Inc. Launches the 5th Regional Support Campaign in Ibaraki Prefecture
Suits Inc., headquartered in Chiyoda City, Tokyo, has announced its participation in the 5th installment of the "Suit Up 2026 Regional Support Campaign." This initiative focuses on supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and startups with fewer than 100 employees in Ibaraki Prefecture by offering significant discounts on their project management tool, Suit Up.
The campaign is set to run from February 3 to February 13, 2026. During this period, any companies that apply through the Suit Up contact form and subsequently sign up for a paid plan will receive a 20% discount until March 2026. Companies interested in this campaign can submit their applications through the following contact form, by specifying "Suit Up 2026 Regional Support Campaign" in the inquiry section:

A simulation conducted by the company highlights that a company with 30 employees could incur a cost of up to ¥1,190,000 monthly just from daily task progress checks between superiors and subordinates, assuming these checks occur twice a day for eight minutes each. For SMEs, such an expense can be substantial. Thus, implementing a team task management system can greatly alleviate those costs by allowing greater visibility of tasks within teams.
However, according to recent research by Nulabo (conducted from October 6 to October 10, 2023), task management practices among companies with fewer than a thousand employees are concerning. The predominant methods include tools meant for personal task lists, such as email and calendar functions (31.2%), handwritten notes (30.6%), and business chat apps (14.3%). Meanwhile, only 11.7% of respondents used dedicated task management tools, while Excel and spreadsheets accounted for 25.2%. This indicates a significant gap in collective task management among SMEs.
Recognizing this challenge, Suits Inc. aims to elevate productivity levels among SMEs by emphasizing the importance of collective task management as the initial step. Therefore, the “Suit Up 2026 Regional Support Campaign” emphasizes making AI-driven project management tools accessible and affordable for local enterprises.
Overview of Suit Up
The Suit Up cloud support service is designed to be user-friendly, employing AI to facilitate everyday team task management. Utilizing operations similar to spreadsheet software, it enhances team productivity by ensuring tasks are visible, significantly reducing instances of missed deadlines and uncompleted tasks. The efficiency gains from adopting Suit Up can result in considerable cost reductions for organizations.
The β version of Suit Up was launched in September 2023, with an updated feature set including task templates, deadline reminders, and repetitive tasks—all designed to help teams manage their responsibilities effortlessly every day.
Suit Up offers various pricing plans. The Standard Plan, for example, is priced at ¥1,080 monthly (excluding tax) per user. To accommodate smaller businesses, a Starter Plan is available at only ¥500 monthly per user for organizations with ten or fewer members. Notably, an exciting initial promotion allows for free sign-up up until March 31, 2026.
