DECENCIA Introduces Family-Friendly Skincare Event for Sensitive Skin Care

DECENCIA's Family-Centric Skincare Event



On November 21, 2025, DECENCIA, a sensitive skin care brand under the POLA ORBIS Group, participated in a special event aimed at families residing in the Ebisu area. This initiative, organized by Sapporo Real Estate Development Co., was designed to encourage community service for parenting households through the new platform, ReRePO, which promotes the exchange of children's goods.

The concept pursued by this event was to foster a community service that enables parents to freely 'give and receive' children’s items, enhancing the lives of families in urban settings. Despite the chilly weather, numerous dedicated mothers gathered at the Ebisu Garden Place, eager to learn about skincare for postpartum skin issues and proper practices for their children's skincare. The event enabled moms to expand their understanding of skin health, allowing them to care confidently for their family's health while enhancing their overall quality of life.

Through this engagement, DECENCIA aims to address the challenges faced by postpartum mothers and their children, embodying its corporate philosophy of crafting a more livable future and extending its appeal to a wider audience.

At the event, attendees participated in a survey conducted by DECENCIA, gathering noteworthy data from 30-something mothers with children aged 0-4 years. Here are some key highlights:

  • - Skin fluctuations post-delivery: 64% of respondents indicated they experienced skin issues compared to before pregnancy. 14% said they did not, while 22% were unsure.
  • - Triggers for skin concerns: The top reasons included dryness, menstrual cycles, and seasonal changes.
  • - Child skincare habits: 79% of mothers reported they have routine skincare for their children, while 7% do not, and 14% expressed interest in starting.
  • - Impressions of DECENCIA: Participants highlighted positive attributes such as skin-friendliness, high-quality creams, and the benefit of products suitable for both parents and children. Many felt reassured about the brand relationship.
  • - Curiosity for learning: Attendees expressed a desire for more personalized product recommendations, easy purchasing options, and deeper insights into the use of skincare items.

DECENCIA showcased a variety of creams at the venue, where participants could directly interact with the products, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of the line. The event space was adorned with charming origami decorations, creating an inviting atmosphere for learning and sharing experiences.
