The Sweet Topiary cake features a bright pink design, reminiscent of lush topiary art, which makes it an ideal gift for Mother's Day. Last year's Sweet Topiary was a huge success, and this year, it returns with a promise to once again delight the tastes of many.

Reservations Are Now Open

Starting from April 6, 2026, cake enthusiasts can place their orders for the Sweet Topiary via Hotel Metropolitan’s official website or JRE MALL, an online shopping platform operated by JR East. The cake, designed to serve 2 to 3 people, is available for pick-up between April 25 and May 10, 2026.

Cake Details

The Sweet Topiary cake, priced at 4,000 yen, is crafted with care. It features a delicate sponge cake infused with cherry liqueur syrup, layered with rich Hokkaido whipped cream and an aromatic cream blend. Generously sandwiched within are fresh strawberries and melons, offering a refreshing taste that appeals to all generations.

The top of the cake artfully showcases edible flowers alongside strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and papaya, all elegantly arranged and adorned with a chocolate ribbon. Finished with a layer of chocolate spray, the cake not only tastes incredible but also presents a sophisticated and charming look, perfect for celebrating a special occasion with loved ones.
