Trailblazing Leaders Honored at the 2025 Visionary Awards
On July 24, 2025, the FourLeaf Federal Credit Union celebrated exceptional women at the
2025 Visionary Awards, held during the the ReImagine Conference. Recognizing the innovative spirit and impactful leadership of honorees across various fields, this event served as a testament to the invaluable contributions of women in reshaping industries and communities.

Meet the Visionary Award Winners
Community Visionary Award: Nancy Leghart
Nancy Leghart, Executive Director of the St. John's ICARE Foundation, received the Community Visionary Award for her dedication to enhancing community engagement within the nonprofit and healthcare sectors. With her innovative approach, she amplified philanthropic outreach, developing sustainable funding strategies that supported underprivileged communities. Her artistic background from NYU has enriched her work, enabling her to connect with audiences through creative fundraising events, such as the "Sail the Sound for Deafness" regatta.
Corporate Visionary Award: Aoifa O'Donnell
Aoifa O'Donnell, President and CEO of National EAP, was honored with the Corporate Visionary Award. Known for her commitment to mental health in the workplace, Aoifa merges the realms of business and behavioral science. Leading wellness programs with a focus on psychological health, she has addressed critical issues such as workplace violence and addiction, shaping a more resilient occupational environment nationwide.
Entrepreneurial Visionary Award: Jennifer DiPietrantonio
The Entrepreneurial Visionary Award recognized Jennifer DiPietrantonio, founder of StinkBalm, for her ground-breaking solution to unpleasant healthcare odors. Transitioning from an emergency room nurse to an innovative entrepreneur, she created a discreet product aimed at preserving patients’ dignity while addressing a challenging issue in healthcare. Her story is a powerful example of how compassion and creativity can lead to impactful business solutions.
Young Professional Visionary Award: Kelli Fisher
Kelli Fisher, Social Media Marketing Specialist at Spectrum Designs Foundation, clinched the Young Professional Visionary Award. A champion of neurodiversity, Kelli uses her platform to tell inclusive stories and foster understanding. Her advocacy work extends beyond her main role, where she actively participates in initiatives supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and promotes fair employment practices.
Young Professional Visionary Award: Ashley Little
Ashley Little, Senior Project Scientist at H2M architects + engineers, also received the Young Professional Visionary Award. Through her essential work managing environmental health inspections, she significantly contributes to community health and safety. A co-chair of her firm's Women’s Leadership ERG, Ashley is an advocate for women in STEM, promoting equity and engagement within the professional landscape.
