Join the 2025 HR Festival Pre-Event

On August 30, 2025, Trustyyle Co., Ltd., headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, will host a unique event at their community hub, "HR Library.” The Pre-Event for the HR Festival 2025 is titled, "Let’s Create Together! A Mosaic Art Workshop for the HR Festival Logo." This engaging workshop welcomes HR professionals and anyone eager to collaborate and enjoy a creative experience.

Purpose of the Event

The HR Library, dedicated to fostering a strong network among HR professionals, aims to improve engagement in the field. With the massive HR Festival 2025 set to take place in Okutama in September, this pre-event allows participants to feel connected to the festival while creating a mosaic artwork that reflects their thoughts and feelings.

This is more than just a study session; it is an opportunity for collaborative creation, helping deepen connections among peers across departments and companies. The mosaic art will symbolize the collective input of diverse HR professionals and will be displayed at the HR Festival's venue, serving as a special photo spot for attendees.

What to Expect

During the event, participants will explore the theme, "What does 'XX' mean to you?" Each individual will express their thoughts on cards. These cards will then come together, forming a large mosaic artwork that embodies the HR Festival's logo. The completed piece will be prominently showcased at the HR Festival 2025, welcoming numerous visitors.

Benefits of Participation

Participants can look forward to several advantages:
  • - Networking Opportunities: Engage with HR professionals from various companies and industries, creating natural connections through collaborative work.
  • - Creative Team Experience: Enjoy the joy of teamwork toward a common goal, fostering collaboration and building new relationships.
  • - Increased Enthusiasm for the HR Festival 2025: Watching the mosaic you contributed to being displayed at the festival heightens anticipation and involvement.
