Exciting New Rental Residence Development in Nerima City
Sankei Building, headquartered in Otemachi, Chiyoda, Tokyo, has officially announced the commencement of the construction for its rental residence project, tentatively named the "Nerima City Nakamura 3-chome Rental Residence Plan," under its brand LEFOND PROGRÈS.
The site is located mere three minutes on foot from Nakamurabashi Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, boasting excellent transportation links that connect directly to Ikebukuro Station, Shinjuku Sanchome, Shibuya, and even Yokohama. This prime location not only ensures easy commuting but is also surrounded by various amenities, including shopping streets and supermarkets, as well as cultural facilities like museums and libraries, providing an exceptional living environment catering to diverse lifestyles.
This marks the inaugural development of the LEFOND PROGRÈS brand in Nerima. The project will incorporate a state-of-the-art feature — a dedicated delivery box system, termed "Full-time My Box," provided by Full-time System Corp. This will allow residents of the building to receive deliveries securely at any time, with 49 units of these boxes planned for the shared first-floor area, enabling multiple package pickups in a single box.
In addition to the delivery service, the entrance hall will feature a co-working space exclusive to residents, promoting a seamless integration between living and working. Safety and comfort are prioritized with the adoption of a hands-free key system for contactless access to residences and a disaster preparedness storage facility named BISTA.
Commitment to Sustainability and Community Development
Sankei Building is dedicated to creating dwelling spaces that not only elevate the quality of living but also cater to diverse work and lifestyle needs.
