Exciting New Rental Residence Development in Nerima City

Sankei Building, headquartered in Otemachi, Chiyoda, Tokyo, has officially announced the commencement of the construction for its rental residence project, tentatively named the "Nerima City Nakamura 3-chome Rental Residence Plan," under its brand LEFOND PROGRÈS.

The site is located mere three minutes on foot from Nakamurabashi Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, boasting excellent transportation links that connect directly to Ikebukuro Station, Shinjuku Sanchome, Shibuya, and even Yokohama. This prime location not only ensures easy commuting but is also surrounded by various amenities, including shopping streets and supermarkets, as well as cultural facilities like museums and libraries, providing an exceptional living environment catering to diverse lifestyles.



This marks the inaugural development of the LEFOND PROGRÈS brand in Nerima.
