The company specializes in manufacturing machinery for the brewing of various food products and has garnered revered recognition for its innovations.
Session 2: Business Succession Realities
Following that, from

Yu Ikihara, President of Ikihara Sake Brewery, will provide insights into the challenges and realities of family and non-family business succession. With a rich history dating back to 1951, Ikihara Sake Brewery faced potential closure due to aging family members and a lack of successors. Having returned to his roots after working in Tokyo, Yu managed the daunting task of reviving the family business from scratch amidst numerous challenges.
