Exploring Vicenzaoro September 2025: The Global Jewelry Fair

Vicenzaoro September 2025: A Global Event for the Jewelry Industry

From September 5 to 9, 2025, the Vicenzaoro fair, organized by the Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), is set to bring together the vibrant world of the jewelry and goldsmithing industry. With over 1,200 exhibitors representing 30 countries, this autumn edition has already sold out, solidifying its status as a premier global business platform.

Matteo Farsura, the Global Exhibition Manager for the Jewelry & Fashion Division at IEG, emphasized the importance of this event: "Vicenzaoro will showcase the entire supply chain of the jewelry industry, reinforcing its role as a benchmark exhibition worldwide, backed by over 70 years of history."

Anticipating Trends and Innovations

The event also serves as a venue for industry professionals to anticipate market and design trends, launching the world premiere of 'The Jewellery Trendbook 2027+', developed by the independent Trendvision Jewellery + Forecasting Observatory affiliated with IEG/Vicenzaoro.
In addition, the second annual edition of VO Vintage, taking place from September 5 to 8, will cater specifically to collectors and enthusiasts of high-quality vintage jewelry and watches.

A Comprehensive Platform for the Jewelry Sector

Vicenzaoro will provide a thorough overview of the supply chain, featuring products from luxury jewelry brands to manufacturers and components. The fair will highlight a wide range of offerings, from classic styles to contemporary gold and silver jewelry—a segment projected by Market Research Future to represent 38% of the global market by 2023 and potentially contribute up to 70% of brand revenue according to the Financial Times. The event will also showcase diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry, including collaborations with gemological laboratories and master craftsmen, as well as contemporary watchmaking introduced in 2022, packaging innovations, visual merchandising, and solutions like Delivery at Palakiss for ready-made products.

Expansion and Infrastructure Developments

In preparation for future editions, the construction of a new two-story pavilion covering 22,000 square meters, designed by GMP Studio of Hamburg, is in progress. This €60 million revamp, scheduled for completion in September 2026, aims to enhance the exhibition space while maintaining uninterrupted operations through three integrated temporary halls and an optimized internal logistics plan.

Strategic Collaborations

Vicenzaoro has reaffirmed partnerships with the MAECI and the Italian Trade Agency to attract buyers from significant markets, as well as with international organizations such as CIBJO and GJEPC India, alongside leading national trade organizations. The off-site event, VIOFF – Golden Bloom, taking place from September 5 to 7, will transform the historic center of Vicenza into a city-wide stage for art installations and cultural experiences.

The Vicenza Symposium

Leading up to Vicenzaoro, the inaugural Vicenza Symposium will be held from September 2 to 4 at the Basilica Palladiana. This international academic event will focus on technological innovations in the jewelry and fashion industries, underscoring IEG's role as a strategic player in the luxury supply chain.
