A Delightful New Lunch Experience at SORANO HOTEL



Beginning September 1, 2025, SORANO HOTEL, managed by Tachihi Hospitality Management in Tachikawa, Tokyo, is introducing a special weekday lunch called 'Kenkou Bizen.' Situated in the DAICHINO RESTAURANT on the lobby floor, this unique dining experience focuses on health, fermentation, and aesthetic presentation.

The 'Kenkou Bizen' lunch features twelve beautifully arranged small dishes that highlight homemade sauces and fermented ingredients. This carefully curated menu, limited to just 20 servings each weekday, is aimed at promoting well-being through a variety of flavors and fresh ingredients. Guests can look forward to an exquisite selection that brings together seasonal produce and the nutritional benefits of fermented foods, allowing them to savor each dish thoughtfully prepared by the chefs.

Tokyo Ukokkei Fair



Coinciding with the launch of 'Kenkou Bizen,' SORANO HOTEL will also host the 'Tokyo Ukokkei Fair,' highlighting the exclusive and flavorful 'Tokyo Ukokkei' chicken raised at the nearby Ito Poultry Farm. Known for its rich protein content and high collagen levels, this unique chicken has been valued in Chinese culinary traditions for centuries and is utilized in various dishes at the restaurant.
