New Culinary Gem in Shinjuku: Bistro BOO
On September 17, 2023, a delightful new French bistro opened its doors in the heart of Shinjuku, Tokyo. Named 'Bistro BOO,' the restaurant is the brainchild of the former head chef and manager from ‘Ore no French,’ aiming to provide accessible French dining for everyday occasions.
About Bistro BOO
Bistro BOO derives its name from the French word 'boue,' which means mud, symbolizing the essence of authentic flavors born from the earth. This concept reflects the bistro's commitment to using carefully selected ingredients for every dish.
The restaurant boasts a warm wooden-dominated exterior and interior that creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It is an ideal setting for various dining experiences, whether it be a casual dinner after work, a fun night out with friends, or a romantic date.
Location and Access
Located at 3-11 Arakicho in Shinjuku's Forest Building on the 1st floor, Bistro BOO is conveniently situated just three minutes on foot from Yotsuya-Sanchome Station’s exit 4. After leaving the station, guests can head along Shinjuku Street towards Yotsuya and take a turn into Sharikumon Street between Mizuho Bank and Mitsubishi UFJ.
Dining Experience
With the capacity to cater to different occasions, Bistro BOO features terrace seating that enhances the dining experience, especially when shared with good friends over excellent food and wine.
Menu Highlights
