ZS Integrates ZAIDYN® into Salesforce's Agentforce Life Sciences
ZS is set to strengthen its partnership with Salesforce by introducing ZAIDYN® intelligence into Salesforce's Agentforce Life Sciences platform. This new integration, launching in January 2026, is designed to enhance sales and marketing efficacy within life sciences, enabling teams to provide therapies to patients more efficiently.
The introduction of ZAIDYN® intelligence will provide significant advantages across three main areas:

The integration of ZAIDYN Customer Engagement into Salesforce workflows will allow for rich, tailored interactions with healthcare professionals. By leveraging specific life-sciences insights, sales teams will be able to enhance the relevance of their communications, ultimately leading to more productive engagements.
2. Increased Field Effectiveness
By utilizing ZAIDYN Field Performance integrated with Salesforce, organizations can fine-tune their territory coverage and deploy teams more dynamically. 3. Expanding Capabilities with Contextual Agents
ZAIDYN also expands the capabilities of Agentforce by incorporating contextual, domain-trained agents. These agents assist teams with various functions, including making recommendations and automating the next best actions. Their capabilities encompass suggesting healthcare professionals, determining the Next Best Action, providing personalized content, and dynamic targeting to better address customer needs.
This integration will be implemented through various methods, offering flexible options such as API-based approaches and MuleSoft and Data Cloud integration packages, facilitating streamlined deployments via AgentExchange.
