Established in 2007 in Kobe and followed by the Tokyo branch in 2015, the academy has welcomed nearly 190,000 visitors as of the end of 2024.
The faculty of UCC Coffee Academy contributed to this book from its planning stages, assisting with interviews and photography while supervising all content. This book is aimed particularly at beginners who might be unsure of how to brew a tasty cup of coffee or those looking to elevate their coffee experience from instant varieties to more sophisticated brew methods. About Chef Kiyomi Mikuni
