Shinanoya and Récolte Team Up for Exclusive Lunch Boxes



In a delightful collaboration, Shinanoya Foods, founded in 1930 as a liquor store in Setagaya, Tokyo, has teamed up with cooking appliance brand Récolte to unveil a line of specially crafted lunch boxes. From August 31 to September 30, 2026, these health-conscious meals will be available exclusively at cask, a multi-concept food market located at Toranomon Hills Station Tower in Tokyo.

Collaborative Lunch Box Details


Shinanoya will offer two unique lunch box options that harness the innovative technology of Récolte's Air Oven 4L, which cooks food using high-temperature hot air without oil, keeping all of the flavor intact while making the meals healthier and more aromatic. Each weekday, only 10 sets of these premium meals will be available.

First Launch: August 31 – September 11


Meat Lunch Box: Non-Fried Daisen Chicken with Yurinchi Citrus Sauce
  • - Price: 899 yen (excl. tax) / 970 yen (incl. tax)

Contents:
  • - Daisen chicken Yurinchi (air-fried in Récolte’s Air Oven) with Shinanoya’s unique citrus sauce made from traditional wood barrel soy sauce.
  • - Rice: Specially cultivated Koshihikari from Niigata, served with 16-grain rice.
  • - Side Dishes: Shredded carrots, preserved daikon, grilled seasonal vegetables, and sweet red azuma.

Second Launch: September 14 – September 30


Fish Lunch Box: Grilled Amber Salmon with Hatcho Miso Aurora Sauce
  • - Price: 899 yen (excl. tax) / 970 yen (incl. tax)

Contents:
  • - Sweet-salted amber salmon cooked in the Air Oven with homemade Hatcho miso Aurora sauce.
  • - Same rice as above, plus the same selection of delicious side dishes.
