Rice and Rice Flour Consumption Promotion Project is implemented as part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries’ efforts to increase domestic rice and rice flour consumption. In light of growing global food demand, rising raw material costs, and the importance of Japan's food security, the project aims to promote the stable supply of the sustainable crops—rice and rice flour.
