In a significant move to bolster its operations, Mighty Auto Parts has announced the promotion of Crystal Wilkins to Associate Product Manager and the addition of Brandon Townsend as Product Support Coordinator. These strategic appointments are aimed at enhancing the company's product knowledge and support for its vast franchise network.

Strengthening the Team

Crystal Wilkins' Journey

Crystal Wilkins has been part of the Mighty family since 2014, initially joining as a Product Administrator. Over her four-year tenure in that role, she gained valuable insights into the company’s systems and products. After a brief hiatus from Mighty, where she explored opportunities in marketing communications and achieved a Master of Arts in Professional Writing, Wilkins returned to the company in February 2026 as a Product Support Coordinator.

In her new role as Associate Product Manager, Wilkins will oversee non-filter product programs, including tools and equipment, batteries, and wipers. Her familiarity with both the products and the relationships she has built over time will serve her well as she works on key initiatives across the Mighty System. Wilkins expressed her enthusiasm for her new responsibilities, stating, "I know these programs and the people who rely on them. I look forward to building on both in this new role."

Welcome to Brandon Townsend

Joining Mighty alongside Wilkins is Brandon Townsend, who brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as an Operational Experience Manager at The Home Depot. During his seven years with the company, he managed multiple departments, overseeing more than 100 associates. Townsend’s background in operations, performance analytics, and customer service will be vital for the success of Mighty’s product initiatives moving forward.

In his new position, Townsend will support various product programs and initiatives, contributing to the smooth operation of processes crucial to distributors and customers alike. He noted, "Mighty's focus on supporting its franchise network matches how I like to work.
