Special Kaiseki Menu
During the festival, guests can indulge in a specially crafted
kaiseki course designed to highlight seasonal ingredients. Priced at
12,000 yen (tax included and separate from service charge), this exquisite menu features premium A5 Wagyu beef and other carefully selected seasonal items prepared by skilled artisans. Reservations are required due to the limited availability of this special course.
- - Appetizer: Tomato, cucumber, and fried eggplant, alongside grilled eel with sansho sauce.
- - Soup: Clear soup with hake and shiitake mushrooms served with lotus root puree.
- - Simmered Dish: Stewed kamo eggplant and anago.
- - Main Dish: A5 Wagyu shabu-shabu served with sesame sauce and salted ponzu.

Guests can grill three cuts of premium A5 Wagyu beef—filet, misuji, and rump—on a sizzling iron plate right at their table, paired with six kinds of special sauces and seasonal Japanese vegetables, elevating the dining experience to a personal level unlike any other.

To complement the culinary lineup, the festival will feature
Asahi Super Dry Extra Cold beer served at an impressive
-2°C, ensuring a refreshing sip suitable for the summer heat. Guests can enjoy this chilled beer alongside four unique
