Brazil, as the chair nation, along with Japan and Italy, issued the “Belem Sustainable Fuel Quadruple Declaration”, urging countries to enlarge the use of sustainable fuels that contribute to decarbonization. In Japan, the Ministry’s decarbonized fuel subcommittee engages in discussions to develop actionable measures for accelerating the integration of these fuels.
