Swinerton Selected as Key Contractor for San Francisco Fire Training Facility
Swinerton Builders, recognized as California's leading construction firm, has been awarded the contract as the Construction Manager and General Contractor for the San Francisco Fire Department Division of Training (SFFD DOT) facility. This project, valued at $145 million, represents a significant advancement in public safety infrastructure for the Bay Area, aimed at enhancing emergency preparedness amidst the unique challenges of urban living.
The new training campus, strategically located in the southeastern district of San Francisco, will serve as an advanced hub for the SFFD’s training needs.
