Enhancing Project Management Skills: Upcoming TECH PLAY Academy Webinar

On May 27, 2025, from 12:00 to 12:45 PM (JST), TECH PLAY Academy will host an online seminar aimed at addressing the challenges in developing the next generation of project managers (PMs) and project leaders (PLs). Organized by Persol Innovation Inc., this event promises to be an invaluable opportunity for organizations seeking to advance their leadership in project management.

Seminar Overview

In today’s fast-paced digital landscape, the role of a project manager goes beyond traditional tasks such as planning and progress management. The essence of successfully leading projects lies in how deeply one can think through the design phase. During the seminar, participants will learn to visualize common pitfalls that can lead to project troubles, particularly focusing on overlooked design aspects. This will set the stage for acquiring 'design thinking' and 'practical skills' necessary to tackle such challenges effectively.

This event will provide systematic and practical learning experiences tailored for companies that face challenges in training potential PM/PL candidates or those wishing to enhance their entire team's skill set.
