Early results from the implementation show significant returns on investment. Surveys revealed that a striking 85% of nurses found that the ThinkAndor® Virtual Nursing feature simplified their roles. By shifting some routine responsibilities to virtual nursing aides, bedside nurses can now allocate more time to direct patient engagement.

Jaime Carroll, Vice President of Clinical Support Services at Sentara, highlighted the program's success, noting that the virtual nursing initiative has provided over 1,360 hours of remote care.
