Kewst Co., Ltd. Achieves Integrated Systems and Efficiency with NiCE CXone MPower

Kewst Co., Ltd. Integrates Systems with NiCE CXone MPower

On February 3, 2026, Kewst Co., Ltd. announced its integration of two departments' systems and improvement in operational efficiency through the adoption of NiCE CXone MPower. This was achieved in collaboration with Tram System Co., Ltd., which provided support in sales and project management.

Background Before Implementation

Kewst operates a contact center for television shopping, handling approximately 150,000 contacts monthly. Until now, their operations were divided into two separate departments: new customers and existing customers, each managing different systems. Despite repeated considerations for system integration, various factors had stalled progress. Additionally, their previous systems lacked sufficient data analysis capabilities, posing challenges for operational improvements and optimization.

Reason for Selection

After comparing multiple solutions, Kewst decided to implement NiCE CXone MPower due to its flexibility in handling the scale of operations. While functional differences among various solutions were minimal, Kewst found notable advantages in cost efficiency and the proactive support provided by the vendor's representatives. Tram System presented a strategic pricing proposal and was also highly regarded for its quick and flexible responses throughout the integration process.

Support from Tram System and NiCE

The integration project saw close collaboration between NiCE, the manufacturer, and Tram System, the implementing agent. Koichiro Matsuda, from the Customer Service Planning Division at Kewst, emphasized the effective support from both parties, noting how representatives traveled from Tokyo to Fukuoka for crucial meetings. Thanks to their dedicated assistance, Kewst could proceed smoothly with the integration project without significant issues.

The transition to the new system was successfully completed in December 2025, as initially scheduled.

Post-Implementation Effects and Future Outlook

With the adoption of NiCE CXone MPower, Kewst succeeded in unifying the systems for new and existing customers, allowing for centralized management of the entire contact center operations. This integration resulted in reduced system management burdens, optimized operational costs, and improved information sharing among operators, contributing to enhanced work efficiency.

Looking forward, Kewst aims to further leverage the integrated system for data analysis, pursuing continuous operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. They also plan to strengthen team-wide information sharing and establish a stable and ongoing support framework.
