Unlocking New Customer Growth: The Success of U-topia's Minimo Strategy

Discovering Minimo: A Path to New Customers

Are you struggling to attract new clients to your salon despite investing time and resources in major recruitment websites and social media? Many salon owners find themselves overwhelmed when their marketing efforts don't yield desired results. Increasing advertising costs, enhancing your social media presence, and more can feel like hurdles without guarantees.

In light of these common challenges, Mr. Yusuke Mochizuki, the CEO of U-topia WORLD, is advocating for a robust approach to leveraging the Minimo platform for new customer acquisition. U-topia has demonstrated incredible success using Minimo, with a remarkable achievement where a stylist in their first year brought in 100 new clients and generated 1 million yen in monthly revenue, all thanks to strategic utilization of this platform.

Why Does This Work?

The effectiveness of Minimo lies in its unique ranking feature. Unlike traditional advertising-based platforms, Minimo’s visibility is determined by the quality of your listing and customer feedback rather than how much you spend on ads. This approach levels the playing field, offering an opportunity for emerging businesses to shine without hefty investments in advertisement.

In our upcoming seminar titled "Unlocking New Customer Growth: The Success of U-topia's Minimo Strategy", scheduled for September 24, 2025, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Mr. Mochizuki will share exclusive insights into the valuable tactics U-topia has developed. Their expertise not only benefits their own salon but extends to assisting others in achieving higher rankings and visibility on Minimo.
