This campaign aims to encourage young entrepreneurs by offering them a free trial of Suit UP, a cloud-based support tool designed to simplify project and task management for teams.

Campaign Overview

The campaign runs from May 23 to May 30, 2025. During this time, student entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to apply for a 7-day free trial of Suit UP. Additionally, three selected companies will receive direct support from Suit’s CEO, Yusuke Komatsu, who has a proven track record in enhancing value for small to medium-sized enterprises and startups. This is a unique chance for students to get hands-on assistance in implementing effective team task management strategies.

The Cost Impact on Small Businesses

Research conducted by Suit Inc. reveals that for a company with 30 employees, the cost associated with daily task progress checks could reach 1.19 million yen per month—an immense financial burden, especially for small businesses. Implementing robust team task management can significantly reduce this expense by providing clear visibility into task progress and deadlines.

Current Task Management Practices

According to a recent survey by Nulabo, it was found that most companies rely on individual task management methods such as emails (31.2%), handwritten notes (30.6%), and business chats (14.3%). On the other hand, tools specifically designed for team task management, like Excel and dedicated management software, are utilized less frequently, at rates of 25.2% and 11.7% respectively. This indicates a missed opportunity for many businesses to enhance their productivity through effective task management.

The increase in student entrepreneurs is supported by governmental initiatives aimed at promoting startups. The Student Entrepreneurs Support Campaign not only encourages students to learn about the benefits of team task management but also aims to equip them with essential tools that can foster their success. Suit UP is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, making daily task management seamless for teams. Key features include:

Starting from September 2023, the beta version of Suit UP has been operational, with a basic plan priced at 1,080 yen per user per month (excluding tax). For smaller organizations with fewer than 10 users, the Starter Plan is available at a discounted rate of 500 yen per user per month, making it accessible for student-led startups. Moreover, initial setup fees are waived until June 30, 2025, providing even greater incentive to adopt this robust management tool.
