To achieve these goals, CNS enlisted the help of Immersive, an experiential design firm, which implemented two state-of-the-art installations: Immersive Engine and Immersive Magic Wall. These technologies turned the new office from merely a place to work into an immersive, engaging environment that employees and stakeholders want to experience.

Enhancing Engagement and Appeal

CNS's approach to employee engagement has evolved due to a shift to a flexible work model where in-person attendance isn't obligatory. Yet, the company recognized the need for a workspace that would invite and encourage employees back into the office. The collaboration with Immersive began when a representative from CNS visited their Ebisu showroom to experience the potential of the Immersive Engine and Magic Wall firsthand. The demonstration showcased:
