The Launch of a New Truck
On September 27, Cousins Maine Lobster will officially roll out its food truck at 440 N Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks, CA, from noon to 6 p.m. The event celebrates not only the launch but also the brand's commitment to delivering fresh, delicious Maine lobster flavors to Southern California. Meet the Operator
The new Ventura truck will be operated by Karan Singh, an experienced restaurant operator who recently took over CML's trucks in Los Angeles. Singh has a rich background in the food industry, having owned multiple Subway franchises and currently managing the local Cousins Maine Lobster trucks with great success. His journey with CML began when he spotted a food truck on the street and recalled the brand's famous appearance on Shark Tank. Intrigued by its stellar reputation, he dove deeper and soon became determined to bring this unique culinary experience to Southern California.
In Singh's own words: "I've always been drawn to brands that deliver both unmatched quality and a unique experience, and Cousins Maine Lobster does just that. It’s been an honor serving the L.A. community this year, and we can't wait to bring a true taste of Maine to more neighborhoods in Ventura."
What’s in Store for Customers
Cousins Maine Lobster aims to provide an authentic dining experience with a focus on quality and customer service. Lindsay Herberger, Director of Franchise Development at Cousins Maine Lobster, expressed her excitement about Singh's leadership. She stated, "Karan's exceptional operational leadership and dedication have made him an incredible partner for our brand. We can't wait for his continued development in Southern California."
