Knapp joins the firm with more than 15 years of extensive experience in the industry, particularly focusing on photopolymer plate imaging technologies and flexography.
In his new role, Knapp will concentrate on bolstering the company's field service capabilities and providing enhanced customer support. Knapp brings a diverse skill set to the company, having previously served in various roles including graphic prepress, plate making, technical service, and print lab management. He is proficient in numerous software solutions dedicated to graphic reproduction, image processing, automation, and workflow systems. This extensive background positions him as a significant asset for both customers and internal teams regarding plate optimization and troubleshooting.
Before joining Anderson & Vreeland, Knapp was a Senior Technical Advisor for XSYS North America Corporation, gaining familiarity with all products, equipment, and technologies offered by XSYS, a premier partner of Anderson & Vreeland. His professional engagements have also extended to interactions with industry organizations like the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) and the Flexible Packaging Association, enhancing his insights within the field.

In terms of education, Knapp holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree with concentrations in both Graphic Arts Imaging Technology and Graphic Arts, specifically flexography. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys music and spends his leisure time playing the piano, showcasing his creative side.
