Starting on July 1, 2026, Glico will kick off a vibrant new campaign for its beloved `Cafe Au Lait` brand, featuring popular Nogizaka46 members, Maio Ioki and Iroha Okuda. This initiative, entitled "Morning with Cafe Au Lait: Share Your Perfect Sip!", aims to engage customers in an interactive experience, celebrating mornings with this creamy and aromatic beverage.

What is Cafe Au Lait?



Cafe Au Lait, a long-standing brand launched in 1979, offers a balanced blend of rich milk and carefully brewed, fragrant coffee. Recognized for its smooth flavor profile, it has become a staple for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing moment during their busy mornings. Since 2012, August 1 has been celebrated as "Cafe Au Lait Day," further solidifying its beloved status among coffee aficionados across Japan.

Campaign Highlights



The campaign will run from July 1 to July 31, 2026, during which participants can choose their favorite option from four variations of Cafe Au Lait: "Original", "Extra Milk", "Strong Coffee", and "No Sugar". By voting for their preferred drink and sharing it on social media platforms like Twitter, participants can enter to win fantastic prizes. In total, 81 lucky winners will receive a set of all four Cafe Au Lait variants, each consisting of two bottles, along with an exclusive QUO card featuring Maio Ioki and Iroha Okuda.

Maio Ioki


Born on July 29, 2005, in Hyogo Prefecture and standing at 166 cm, Maio made her debut as a member of Nogizaka46's fifth generation in February 2022. Known for her charisma in several TV commercials and as a radio MC, she has also taken on a role as an ambassador for Vissel Kobe's 30th anniversary. Expressing her excitement about the campaign, Maio remarked, "I'm thrilled to be a supporter of Cafe Au Lait Day! It’s amazing how my musical activities, including our 'Cafe Au Lait’ guitar unit with Iroha, have led to this opportunity!"

Iroha Okuda


Iroha Okuda, born on August 20, 2005, in Chiba Prefecture and 157 cm tall, also joined Nogizaka46 in February 2022. She has proven her talent through various musical theater performances, including leading roles in productions like Romeo & Juliet. Iroha expressed her joy about being involved, stating, "Cafe Au Lait has always been a favorite since my childhood, and I can't wait to share its diverse flavors with fans this summer!"
