Starting from May 29, 2025, Kappa Sushi will enhance its menu by introducing a variety of drink options, including alcoholic beverages, alongside a selection of side dishes. This initiative aims to cater to the evolving dining preferences of customers who seek a relaxed and enjoyable way to complement their sushi with an evening drink.

In consideration of pairing with sushi, Kappa Sushi has handpicked a range of alcoholic options designed to enhance the dining experience. Dishes such as:

- Freshly squeezed lemon sour, starting at 490 yen (tax included).
- Plain sour (490 yen), dry cider (590 yen), and sweet cider (590 yen).

For those who prefer non-alcoholic beverages, a selection including cassis orange and lemon sour flavors will also be available, ensuring that everyone can join in on the fun, regardless of their drinking preference.
