Crowd Care Expands Its Reach into Kansai
Crowd Care, a pioneering company headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, provides a unique platform offering paid caregiving services, including visitations, rehabilitation, domestic help, and living support. As of today, the company has announced an exciting enhancement—its expansion into the Kansai region. This includes the areas of Osaka, Kyoto, and parts of Hyogo, with an official service launch timeline set for March 2026.
Background to the Expansion
Since its establishment in 2016, Crowd Care has operated under the principle of enhancing quality of life for many through care. They have consistently addressed the needs that traditional care insurance cannot cover, thereby filling a vital service gap in society. With a robust existing network serving the Greater Tokyo metropolitan area and a team of approximately 1,800 aides, Crowd Care has developed a reputation for reliability and quality over the years.
With Japan's aging populace and shifting family structures prompting increased demand for flexible, out-of-pocket caregiving options, Crowd Care identified a growing need within the Kansai area. Local feedback has indicated a strong desire for their services in regions not previously serviced. As such, the company has diligently prepared to deliver high-quality care consistently while expanding its outreach to meet these demands.
