- - 1 pack of Baby Leaf Green Salad
- - Italian Dressing (Q.P)
- - 6 slices of prosciutto
- - 1 orange
- - 15g walnuts (toasted)
Instructions:
1. Cut prosciutto in half. Peel the orange and separate the segments.
2. Place the Baby Leaf Green Salad on a plate and arrange the prosciutto and orange segments on top.
3. Drizzle with Italian Dressing and sprinkle chopped walnuts.

- - 4 cherry tomatoes

- - Japanese style dressing (Q.P)
Instructions:
1. Arrange the Baby Leaf Green Salad in a wreath shape on a plate.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them along with the roast beef and mozzarella on the wreath, completing the dish.
Halloween Baby Leaf Salad
Create a fun Halloween salad by shaping cheese into ghosts or rolling pumpkin balls, perfect for cooking with kids.
Serves 3 / Prep Time: 15 minutes
- - 1 pack of Baby Leaf Green Salad
- - 170g pumpkin (net weight)
- - 1 tsp mayonnaise
- - 2 slices of cheese
- - Nori (seaweed) as needed
- - Caesar salad dressing (Q.P) as needed
Instructions:
1. Microwave pumpkin wrapped in plastic wrap for about 4.5 minutes. Remove the skin and mash, mixing with mayonnaise. Shape into five balls and use a toothpick to create lines resembling a pumpkin.
2. Cut the cheese into ghost shapes and use nori to make faces.
3. Place the Baby Leaf Green Salad on a plate and arrange ghosts and pumpkins to finish!
