This event was officially established by the UN General Assembly in December 2019, with the aim of celebrating the cultural heritage of tea, its health benefits, and its economic significance. Particularly in developing nations, tea serves as a vital source of income for millions of households, providing job opportunities especially in remote areas. To commemorate this special day, Metagri Lab, a community promoting agricultural practices with Web3 technology, is launching an exciting agricultural mini-game contest!

The Mini-Game Contest

From May 16 to May 21, participants can join the high-score contest featuring the engaging click-action game titled "Pest Defense Click!". During this contest, players will challenge themselves in a fun and interactive manner while learning more about the farms where tea is produced. The top scorer will earn a fantastic prize: a selection of premium tea valued at ¥5,000. This contest is not only entertaining but also aims to deepen participants' appreciation for tea.

- Prize: Premium tea set valued at ¥5,000 for the top scorer

How to Participate:

1. Access the Game: Go to Metagri Lab’s game page.
2. Play the Game: Try to achieve the highest score possible!
3. Submit Your Score: Capture a screenshot of your score and post it in the Discord channel "#【期間限定】国際お茶の日キャンペーン" by joining Metagri Lab's Discord.

Announcing the Winners

Results will be declared on May 22, 2025, via the Discord channel and the official website. If there are ties for the top score, names will be selected through a random lottery.
