Kumagaya City Leverages Innovative QuickMobile Fabric Signage for Press Conferences

Kumagaya City Chooses QuickMobile Fabric Signage for Press Briefings

In a groundbreaking decision, Kumagaya City in Saitama has officially adopted the innovative QuickMobile fabric signage for its press conferences. Manufactured and sold by TONICHI, a leading name in newspaper printing, this unique signage offers an environmentally-friendly solution by utilizing 100% recycled materials from PET bottles. With its user-friendly design, which requires no tools and takes approximately ten seconds to set up, QuickMobile represents a significant step forward for public displays in local government.

Historically, Kumagaya City faced challenges with the appearance of backdrops used during press events. The fabric was often adhered to walls, resulting in noticeable creases and folds when not in use. To address this issue, TONICHI introduced the patented foldable frame technology of QuickMobile, which allows for easy assembly without tools and ensures a taut fabric surface that enhances overall presentation. This combination of functionality and aesthetics has led to the city's strategic decision to incorporate QuickMobile into their public communication approach.

QuickMobile comes in two variants: the illuminated type featuring an integrated LED for vibrant visuals, and a non-illuminated model that prioritizes lightweight design. Thanks to its collapsible frame structure, anyone can intuitively set up or dismantle the signage within a short time frame. The standard dimensions are 2 meters in height and 1 meter in width, with options for multiple connections. Each unit is accompanied by a specialized carrying case, emphasizing portability and ease of storage.

A significant aspect of QuickMobile is its commitment to environmental sustainability. The fabric used is composed entirely of recycled PET, which contributes to reducing ecological footprints. Additionally, the sublimation transfer printing technique employed ensures vivid coloration, while maintaining durability against folding and wear.

In conjunction with the rollout of QuickMobile, Kumagaya City has also updated its visuals, enhancing the official channels through which they engage with the public. Feedback from city officials has been overwhelmingly positive, with one staff member stating, “The ease of installation is a lifesaver, especially under time constraints. It allows us to quickly and beautifully share important information with our citizens.”

TONICHI Group remains dedicated to its vision of transforming all public signage into environmentally-friendly fabric displays. As part of their ongoing commitment, they aim to strengthen their proposals to municipalities and public facilities across the board, promoting sustainable practices in public communication.
